The project occupies approximately 63,935 square meters of industrial land. The architectural layout is designed to encompass factory structures, dormitories, canteens, in addition to public amenities like development spaces and communal sports facilities.

A forecasted construction area totaling around 275,000 square meters will prioritize factory functionalities (73%), dormitory spaces (24%), and canteens (3%), encapsulating a harmonious blend of industrial operations and holistic community spaces.
