Guangming District has recently announced a series of funding guidelines aimed at bolstering technological innovation.

The guidelines, issued by the district's Science, Technology and Innovation Bureau, encompass four funding projects designed to provide financial support to eligible entities engaged in business activities within the district. These funding opportunities signify Guangming District's commitment to fostering technological advancement and innovation among local enterprises.

1. Funding for National Major Science and Technology Projects (2022-2023)

This initiative offers a subsidy of 10% of the actual national funding for eligible organizations undertaking major science and technology projects, with a maximum of 2 million yuan available for each project. Annually, an entity can access up to 10 million yuan when combined with national funding.

Eligibility Criteria:  

- Must be a leading or participating unit in a national major science and technology project approved between Jan. 1, 2022, and Dec. 31, 2023.  

- Must have received national fiscal funding.

2. Funding for Recognized National High-Tech Enterprises (2022)  

Newly recognized national high-tech enterprises can receive up to 100,000 yuan in subsidies.

Eligibility Criteria:  

- Must be newly recognized, moved in, or re-recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2022.

3. Funding for High-Growth Technology Service Projects (2023)  

Aimed at helping high-growth technology service companies above the designated size, this program provides annual subsidies based on revenue growth rates: 0.5% of the revenue for 20% growth, 1% for 50%, and 2% for 100%, with a cap of 3 million yuan per year.

Eligibility Criteria:  

- Must be listed in the directory of enterprises above the designated size in 2023.

4. Science and Technology Award Funding (2022-2023)  

This program rewards organizations and individuals who received national, provincial, or municipal science and technology awards in 2022 and 2023. The maximum rewards can reach up to 2 million yuan, 1 million yuan, or 500,000 yuan for national-level, provincial-level, and municipal-level awards, respectively.

Eligibility Criteria:  

- Applicants must be registered and conducting business in Guangming District and must have won applicable science and technology awards in 2022 or 2023.
